This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing company that operates across key sectors including education, healthcare, industrial, and student accommodation. ️ About the Role: You will play a vital role in supporting the design and delivery process, working closely with the Design Manager and project teams to ensure the smooth management, tracking, and distribution of construction documents and drawings. Work Environment: * Hybrid role – Split time between site, regional office, and working from home * Projects located within the West Midlands region * Use of 4Projects (Viewpoint) document control system Key Responsibilities: * Maintain and update document control systems and registers * Manage document flow between the design, site, and client teams * Upload, track, and distribute drawings, specifications, and design information * Liaise with the Design Manager to ensure compliance with project protocols * Support the implementation of document control procedures and best practices ✅ Requirements: * Experience working as a Document Controller within a construction or design environment * Strong working knowledge of 4Projects (Viewpoint) or similar platforms * Well-organised and detail-focused with excellent communication skills * Ability to manage priorities across multiple live projects * Confident working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid role What’s On Offer: * Permanent, full-time role with a stable and growing contractor * Competitive salary and benefits package * Flexible hybrid working model * Opportunities for career progression and ongoing support
