Freelance Site Manager – Demolition Project | Bromley | Immediate Start We are urgently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for a high-profile demolition project based in Bromley, kicking off immediately and running through to December 2025. Key Details: Location: Bromley Start: Immediate Contract Length: Until December 2025 Interviews: Taking place later this week What We’re Looking For: We’re after a highly competent No.2 Site Manager with a strong background delivering £10m projects, ideally within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Main Contractor environment. Regional build contractor experience will also be considered if aligned with the project scale. This role will see you take responsibility for a specific demolition package, so prior experience with demolition works is highly advisable.
