Groundworks Gang Location: Midlands Pay: £21 per hour (PAYE) Travel Allowance Are you an experienced groundworks team seeking a long-term, permanent opportunity? TS Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading and well-established main contractor that self-delivers groundworks on their new build care sector projects. We are currently looking to recruit a Groundworks Gang to work on various developments across the Midlands region. What's on Offer: £21 per hour (PAYE) Mileage allowance - £0.25 per mile 32 days paid annual leave Pension scheme (after a 3-month qualifying period) Accommodation and living allowance provided for work away from home Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Site Manager and Site Engineer to deliver high-quality groundworks on new build care home sites Duties include kerb laying, flagging, pin kerbs, and working to precise line and level Operate machinery such as forward tipping dumpers and 360 mini diggers Be flexible to travel up to 1.5 hours daily or stay away when required (accommodation and expenses covered) About the Company: Reputable and expanding main contractor Known for building care homes and commercial new builds up to £10 million Proud to self-deliver all groundworks in-house Candidate Requirements: Valid CSCS card Relevant machine tickets - Forward Tipping Dumper or 360 Mini Digger (NPORS or CPCS) Previous experience as a groundworker on similar new build projects Ideally operate as part of a 3- or 4-person team Seeking a long-term role with consistent work How to Apply: If you meet the requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please apply online with your latest CV.
