Multi-Trader / Maintenance Operative Based in Greenwich - travel to nearby sites required Fixed-term until September 2026 (potential to extend) £42,000 per year paid overtime company van & fuel card Are you a skilled tradesperson looking for a steady role with a great team and long-term project? We're hiring a reliable and versatile Multi-Trader to join a well-known residential developer. You'll be working in occupied and temporarily vacant homes, helping to make them safer through opening-up and reinstatement works. Your day-to-day will include: Removing and refitting kitchen units, bathroom fittings, and other fixtures Completing reinstatement tasks like patch plastering, tiling, decorating, and mastic work Keeping workspaces safe, clean, and protected at all times Reporting on progress and raising any follow-up issues Supporting the site team with inspections and general tasksWe're looking for someone with good all-round skills and a practical, can-do attitude: Carpentry experience Basic plumbing Tiling, decorating, mastic work, and patch repairs Experience working in occupied residential properties is a bonus Full UK driving licence is essentialWhats in it for you? £42,000 per year paid overtime Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (40 hrs/week) 23 days holiday bank holidays (including Christmas closure) Company van, fuel card & all materials/tools provided Be part of a friendly, supportive team working on a meaningful safety projectReady to join the team?
