Senior Quantity Surveyor

An ambitious and rapidly expanding Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with care-home/healthcare project experience to join them in their new Cambridge office. The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s Role The team have recently secured and seen a dramatic rise within their healthcare workload, hence are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can demonstrate a successful track record of leading healthcare or care-home projects within a UK PQS/Consultancy environment. Outside of the care home projects, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will also work on schemes up to £10m within the new build and refurbishment sector – carrying out a Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent role.
