Project Manager

Our client is a successful and dynamic commercial fit out and refurbishment specialist, delivering high-quality workspace solutions across the nation. From cutting-edge offices to university spaces, they take pride in turning vision into reality. Due to a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, they are looking for experienced Project Managers to join the expert team. As a Commercial Fit Out Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of commercial interior projects from pre-construction through to completion. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and client expectations while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of commercial fit out projects (CAT A & B) Lead project planning, programming, and coordination Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification Conduct regular site visits and chair progress meetings Monitor H&S compliance and manage site teams effectively Prepare reports, risk registers, and cost forecasts Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial fit out Strong knowledge of building regulations, interior systems, and construction processes Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced projects Proficient in MS Project or similar project management tools SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid Ready to take the lead on high-profile fit out projects?
