Key Responsibilities: * Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand project requirements. * Perform welding, fabrication, and assembly work to high-quality standards. * Operate welding equipment and hand tools safely and effectively. * Measure and cut materials with precision. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Work to tight deadlines while ensuring all projects meet safety and quality standards. * Collaborate with the team to complete projects in a timely manner. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. * Proficient in welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Arc welding. * Experience with various fabrication processes. * Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship. * Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. * Ability to follow instructions and work independently. * Health and safety conscious. Desirable: * Additional qualifications in welding or fabrication (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ). * Experience in working with a variety of materials (steel, aluminum, etc.)
