Regional Sales Manager - Lighting

Specification Sales Manager (Home Counties / London) Location: Must be based within 1 hour’s commute of London Our client is a leading UK lighting manufacturer, delivering premium-quality lighting solutions across commercial, industrial, and retail sectors. The company are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Specification Sales Manager to join thei external sales team. In this role, you will build relationships with electrical contractors, consultants, architects, local authorities as well as end users to promote and generate demand for its ighting products, supplied via thei trusted distribution network. You will play a key role in managing projects from initial concept through to completion, while supporting existing accounts and developing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities * Promote lighting product to contractors, consultants/specifiers, and other stakeholders * Generate and manage project specifications in your designated area * Maintain and grow strong client relationships across your region * Provide end-to-end project management support * Adhere to all internal procedures including Quality Control, ISO standards, and Health & Safety policies * Maintain a professional appearance and proactive attitude at all times Requirements * Strong knowledge of lighting products and lighting scheme design * Proven sales ability with experience managing projects * Familiarity with your regional market and customer base * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable under pressure * Full UK driving licence required Why this vacancy? * Be part of a forward-thinking, innovative company * Work in a supportive and professional team environment * Receive continuous training on evolving products and industry trends * Generous package and opportunities to develop a career
