Business Analyst with Fluent Cantonese 12 Month FTC

An international Bank is seeking a dynamic BA to support strategic projects and daily business operations with a range of responsibilities, to include : Collating, analysing, and documenting business requirements Collaborating with teams to enhance workflow efficiency Assisting in project coordination and implementation Creating user guides and training materials Developing test cases and conducting UAT for system/process changes Providing daily operational and administrative support Your experience must include: Demonstrated relevant experience in retail banking or business analysis within the banking sector, with a preference for online banking, card industry, or digital banking experience Proficiency in data analysis Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, SQL, etc Exceptional written and oral communication abilities for effective interaction at all organizational levels Fluency in Cantonese is a must-have skill Please note this role will be working hybrid 4 days a week in the office and 1 day remotely.
