Title: Sales Estimator – Carpet & Flooring Showroom Location: Wall Heath, Kingswinford Full-Time or Part-Time | Family-Run Business | Immediate Start Available Are you a personable, hands-on individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We are a well-established, family-run carpet and flooring business with a fantastic reputation built over many years - and we’re looking for a reliable and friendly Sales Estimator to join our team! Your duties and responsibilities: * Welcoming and advising customers in our busy showroom * Visiting customers’ homes to measure and plan flooring installations * Estimating and quoting for jobs in the showroom * Preparing carpets and materials in the warehouse for fitting days * Delivering carpets when required * Handling customer payments and ensuring a smooth buying experience * Occasionally working additional hours to cover team holidays or sickness What We’re Looking For: * A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude * Confidence with face-to-face sales and home visits * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail * A practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to get stuck in * Previous experience in a similar role or knowledge of carpets/flooring would be a bonus, but not essential What We Offer: * Full-time or part-time position * 20 days holiday bank holidays * Free parking on site * Company contribution to pension scheme * A varied and rewarding role in a close-knit team * A supportive, friendly working environment in a respected local business If you’re looking for a long-term opportunity in a business that values its staff and customers, we’d love to hear from you
