Sales Negotiator - Basic £26K plus commission OTE £36K - Harborne An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Negotiator to join a successful and expanding property agency. The successful Sales Negotiator must have previous experience of working for an Estate Agency. Key Responsibilities for Sales Negotiator: * Register new applicants and maintain accurate records * Arrange and conduct property viewings * Act as the key liaison between buyers and sellers, handling negotiations professionally * Facilitate and progress property sales through to completion * Develop and nurture strong relationships with both buyers and vendors * Proactively seek out new business opportunities through canvassing and networking Requirements for Sales Negotiator: * Proven experience in property sales or estate agency is essential * Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets * Self-motivated with a confident, positive attitude * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team * Organised, proactive, and professional in all client interactions * Familiarity with lettings or estate agency software is a plus * Full, clean UK driving licence is essential If you're a motivated property professional ready to take the next step in your career, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
