Our business is growing, and we’re now looking to expand our team with a Trainee/Junior Recruitment Consultant. What You'll Be Doing: * Running your own 360 recruitment desk – managing the full recruitment cycle * Developing and maintaining client relationships – acting as a trusted hiring partner * Sourcing and engaging candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and our database * Managing interviews, offers, negotiations, and placements * Working proactively to grow your desk with a mix of existing and new business ✅ What We're Looking For: * Sales experience is essential – telesales, face-to-face sales, or B2B sales * Previous experience in recruitment is a bonus, but not required * A driven, self-motivated individual who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone * Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly * Resilient, target-driven, and eager to earn!
