The Role We are looking for a confident and experienced Project Manager to join our growing delivery team. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end CAT A and CAT B office fit-out projects – ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of fit-out projects from pre-construction to completion. Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers. Oversee health & safety, quality control, and programme management. Collaborate with clients, designers, and consultants throughout the delivery process. Handle progress reporting, financial forecasting, and snagging/defects close-out. Requirements Proven experience delivering CAT A & CAT B office fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes and building regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects concurrently.
