Compliance Officer

Hiring: Compliance Officer (Contract) Remote (UK-Based) | Full-Time | Start: ASAP A fast-growing B2B digital services company is seeking a Compliance Officer for a 3–6 month contract (with potential extension). This is a remote-first opportunity ideal for someone with a background in legal operations, compliance, or policy development. About the Role This is a strategic, hands-on position focused on building internal compliance frameworks, aligning client-facing documentation, and training cross-functional teams. The emphasis is on internal consistency, not regulatory enforcement. Key Responsibilities: Draft and maintain internal/external policy documents (Terms of Service, NDAs, SLAs) Review and update client-facing materials Deliver internal training on compliance processes Develop SOPs across departments (sales, ops, delivery) Monitor adherence and flag improvement areas Support leadership in standardizing workflows ✅ Requirements: 3 years in compliance, legal ops, or policy development Experience drafting policies/contracts for digital/tech services Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work independently and cross-functionally UK-based and available during UK business hours Preferred Experience Startup, agency, or B2B SaaS background Familiarity with GDPR and client data privacy Legal writing or contract review experience Comfortable training remote teams Additional Info Remote-first (must have own laptop/computer) Interviews and onboarding starting immediately
