SVP – Operations Risk & Control

SVP – Operations Risk & Control As SVP, you will be at the forefront of building and embedding a robust Operational Resilience programme that meets evolving regulatory expectations. You’ll also lead the Bank’s Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) function, ensuring strong oversight and governance of all external partnerships. You will lead Business Risk & Controls (BRC) teams supporting both the London Branch and UK subsidiary of the Bank, and act as a key liaison with UK regulators. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on oversight. You will Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing oversight of the Bank’s Operational Resilience framework, Own and evolve the Bank’s Third Party Risk Management framework and ensure effective due diligence, assurance, and ongoing monitoring, and Lead centralised BRC training, ensuring consistent standards across all departments.
