About the Role As a Reward Consultant, you will: Collaborate with clients across industries to design and implement effective reward strategies that align with business goals. Provide expert advice on compensation structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits. Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive positioning. Lead and support projects related to pay equity, executive compensation, and total rewards frameworks. Build strong relationships with clients, offering tailored insights and actionable recommendations. Stay ahead of trends and legislation in the rewards and benefits landscape. To succeed in this role, you should have: Proven experience in consulting and reward – ideally within a professional services environment. Expertise in compensation strategy, market benchmarking, and reward systems design. Strong analytical and project management skills. Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
