Legal Counsel - Commercial Contracts & Public Procurement

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel with a strong background in commercial contracts and public procurement to support our complex, high-value projects across the business. What You’ll Do: Draft and negotiate a diverse range of commercial agreements, including client contracts, supplier deals, and partnership arrangements Provide expert advice on public sector procurement, PFI projects, outsourcing, and multipartite agreements Manage complex legal issues such as contract variations, disputes, and regulatory compliance Deliver clear, practical legal and commercial guidance to internal teams and stakeholders What We’re Looking For: Qualified solicitor or barrister (UK or equivalent jurisdiction) Demonstrated expertise in commercial law, especially supply chain and outsourcing contracts Solid experience in public procurement processes Proven involvement with PFI or similarly complex structured projects This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on impactful projects where legal expertise plays a central role in strategic success.
