Responsibilities: Advise on wills, trusts, inheritance tax planning, estate administration, and powers of attorney. Act for HNW/UHNW clients on succession planning, family wealth structuring, and business-related estate issues. Deliver bespoke solutions tailored to clients’ individual and commercial needs, including cross-border work. Draft complex legal documents with precision and clarity. Support and mentor junior solicitors within the team. Engage in business development and help shape the future of the practice. Involvement in business strategy, shaping the firms growth. What You Bring: Ideally 8 years’ PQE in private client law at a respected City, regional, or boutique firm. Strong technical expertise in trusts, estates, tax planning, and related areas. Excellent communication skills and a client-first approach. Ability to handle sensitive and complex matters with discretion. A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for private client work. STEP membership (or working towards) is preferred. Proven experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers. Some form of client following or network of clients is preferred.
