Role Description This is a full time, Consultancy based, Human Resources Business Partner role located in Colchester. The role involves drafting and managing HR policies, employee relations case management, labor and employment law, and performance management support on-site with Park City's clients. The Human Resources Business Partner will handle day-to-day HR tasks and collaborate with leadership to support the organization's goals. Qualifications Experience with HR Policies, Human Resources (HR), and Employee Relations Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and Performance Management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams Demonstrated commercial problem-solving and decision-making abilities CIPD Qualified
