SHEQ Manager Chelmsford/Surrounding Areas Permanent £50,000 to £60,000 plus car allowance Shirley Parsons is partnered with a specialist engineering company within the power sector. Our client is looking for a SHEQ Manager to lead across various frameworks across a range of industries. The ideal candidate will have practical experience within HV and LV as projects will vary from installation, maintenance to testing of services. The SHEQ Manager will be responsible for: – Ensuring the responsibility of safety for all contractors, operators and members of the public on various projects – Managing staff performance & behaviour & assist in their development, identifying specific training needs – Independently carry out investigations along with Root Cause analysis – Reviewing training requirements and identify and / or devise and deliver relevant impactful courses for staff The SHEQ Manager will have: – NEBOSH General Certificate at minimum – Detailed knowledge of management systems and standards – HV/LV experience (Electrical Engineering background is desirable) – Full UK Working rights
