Employer's Agent/Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent– Liverpool £40,000 - £50,000 – Depending on Experience 37.5 Hours per week Permanent We are currently working in partnership with a respected consultancy in Merseyside, to recruit a Quantity Surveyor for their Liverpool office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking team, providing full Quantity Surveying services on a range of exciting projects across the region. You'll report to Senior QSs and Directors, operating with a good level of autonomy on a diverse portfolio. Responsibilities: Support Directors and Senior Quantity Surveyors across various surveying duties Deliver project services such as: Construction cost estimates, cost plans & cashflow forecasts Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveying, and Monitoring Surveyor duties Risk assessments, procurement strategies & cost control Analyse tenders, assist in contract matters, and prepare project reports Contribute to business strategies and practice initiatives Promote the practice and support achievement of its vision and aims Maintain professional development in line with RICS guidance Requirements: Previous experience in Quantity Surveying within a consultancy or client-side setting Working knowledge of cost planning, procurement, and contract administration Familiarity with a range of procurement paths and contractual matters Effective communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations RICS membership or willingness to pursue (preferred but not essential) Contact: If you're interested in this opportunity, please contact James at Service Care Solutions on 01772 208967 or email james.glover@servicecare.org.uk .
