Transactional Tax Associate (2-5 PQE) | Elite US Firm - London A leading US law firm is seeking a high-performing 2–5 PQE Associate to join its elite London tax team. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside Chambers and Legal 500-ranked partners on complex, high-value cross-border transactions involving global clients across sectors such as private equity, finance, energy, and infrastructure. The team is led by highly regarded practitioners with deep experience in: Tax structuring for cross-border M&A and private equity deals International finance and capital markets transactions Fund formation and structuring Corporate reorganisations and restructurings Tax aspects of financial instruments and derivatives The practice is particularly active in advising on the tax implications of sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional transactions, often in collaboration with colleagues across the firm’s global offices.
