A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate, Director or Partner to join its growing London office . This opportunity offers a rare chance to work alongside one of the market’s most respected disputes leaders – an individual with over 20 years' experience in international litigation, asset recovery, and high-stakes fraud and restructuring matters . The Role You will play a key role in driving forward the firm’s ambitious strategy in London and nationally across high-value and complex litigation mandates. The team is particularly well known for: Multi-jurisdictional asset tracing and recovery High Court and international arbitration matters (LCIA and others) Insolvency-related litigation and officeholder claims Commercial disputes involving allegations of fraud, dishonesty, or breach of duty Representation of high net worth individuals, institutions, and public bodies You’ll benefit from the leadership of a proven litigation and restructuring expert with a track record in UK and offshore courts, as well as unparalleled experience in cases involving tax fraud, evasion, and avoidance – including past responsibility for major investigations for a key UK Government department.
