Commercial Contracts Manager

We are currently looking for a Commercial & Contracts Manager to join a successful global technology business in Cambridge. You’ll play a key role in managing contracts, supporting bids and proposals, and working closely with legal, technical, and commercial teams. This is a full-time, permanent role, that requires the successful person to be onsite daily Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (UK, EU, and internationally). Identify and manage commercial and legal risks in contracts and proposals. Support the preparation and submission of bids and tenders, including writing commercial sections. Collaborate with cross functional teams to build strong proposals. Assist with intellectual property agreements and export license applications. Help with commercial aspects of supplier agreements. Provide general legal and commercial support across the business. Requirements: Ideally educated to degree level. Previous experience in a Contracts or Commercial Manager role. Experience within a technical company. Involvement in bids or proposal teams. Excellent attention to detail. Possesses commercial curiosity. Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills. Clear and confident communicator.
