This role is all about making things happen post-deal integrating newly acquired businesses smoothly, aligning systems, processes, and people, while also supporting with future M&A activity in the pipeline. What youll be doing: Leading integration workstreams across finance, operations or systems Collaborating closely with stakeholders at all levels Bringing calm, clarity and commercial sense to a fast-paced environment Supporting due diligence and early-stage acquisition planning Ideal for someone with a background in M&A, transformation or integration projects , who thrives in ambiguity and loves turning chaos into order.
