Job Title: Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Architect (Contract) Location: Remote / Occasional travel to London IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Description: We're seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Architect to contract with a consultancy, delivering enterprise-scale Service Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of Salesforce platform experience with a proven track record of leading at least 3 successful Service Cloud implementations . Key Responsibilities: Lead Service Cloud solution design, architecture, and delivery for complex client programmes Facilitate client workshops to capture technical and business requirements Define scalable, best practice architectures including integrations, security, and data models Oversee technical governance, ensuring alignment with Salesforce standards Support delivery teams through build, test, and deployment phases Key Requirements: 10 years' Salesforce platform experience Minimum 3 end-to-end Service Cloud implementation projects as lead architect Expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, including omni-channel, case management, knowledge, and automation Strong integration and data migration experience Salesforce Architect certification(s) desirable
