The Role We're looking for a skilled and proactive Fabric Technician to support the maintenance and enhancement of our estate. This role is ideal for someone with a strong carpentry background who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. You'll be responsible for: Delivering high-quality reactive and planned fabric maintenance Conducting fire door inspections and other PPMs Collaborating with contractors and in-house engineers Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Maintaining accurate records via our CAFM systemThis is a hands-on role where your expertise will directly contribute to the smooth operation of a major London campus.
