Job Title: Road Sweeper Job Type: Temporary Job Category: Property Services Location: Bromley Salary: £13.58 - £17.49 per hour We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Road Sweeper to join a local housing association based in Bromley. This varied and hands-on role involves estate cleaning, monitoring activity, and driving a company road sweeper across multiple sites throughout South London. Responsibilities: Driving and operating a compact road sweeper across various sites. Following daily schedules and assigned routes to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Carrying out general cleaning duties across estates, including litter picking and manual sweeping as required. Recording and monitoring site activity, reporting any issues or irregularities promptly. Maintaining and performing basic checks on equipment, reporting any defects or maintenance needs to the relevant team.
