Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor – Ipswich We are currently seeking two experienced Quantity Surveyors to join an expanding team in Ipswich — one focusing on Residential Refurbishment and New Build, and the other on Logistics/Warehousing projects. As a developer/builder that do not tender for work, and with a secure pipeline for the next 8 years, you'll be joining a business with long-term stability and a consistent flow of exciting, impactful projects. Project Types Include: * Low & High-Rise Residential Refurbishment * Conversion of Commercial Properties to Residential Use * New Build Extensions and Adaptations * Logistcis & Industrial Your Role: You’ll be empowered to take ownership of projects from inception to completion, supported by a collaborative Senior Leadership Team and a Commercial Manager. This is a site-based role, and integration with the wider project and site teams will be essential to your success. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare budgets, procurement schedules, and monthly cost reports * Manage subcontractor packages and payments * Lead value engineering exercises to maximise project value * Monitor contracts and ensure compliance with warranties and insurance requirements * Negotiate final accounts and variations * Report to and collaborate with senior leadership to meet and exceed margin targets What We’re Looking For: * Quantity Surveying qualification with 2–4 years post-qualification experience * Background in Office to Residential conversions highly desirable * Experience across Residential, Commercial, and/or Logistics sectors * Strong IT skills and confidence in surveying/accounting software * Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic What’s on Offer: * Attractive Salary Car Allowance * 25 Days Annual Leave Bank Holidays * Long-term job security with a guaranteed 8-year project pipeline * Supportive and experienced leadership team If you are interested in applying for ths role, please get in touch
