Site Manager – Hospital Fit-Out & Refurbishment Yeovil, Somerset Start Date: 16th or 17th July (Please only apply if you're available to start on this date) ⏳ Duration: 2–3 months (with potential for extension) Rate: Competitive (DOE) Parking: On-site parking available We’re urgently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a live hospital project in Yeovil, working with a Tier 1 contractor on a high-profile internal fit-out and refurbishment scheme. This is a site-based role, ideal for a hands-on manager who excels at coordinating trades, driving daily activity, and ensuring safety on a live construction site. Project Overview: * Phase 1: Final commissioning and handover of a new-build hospital block. * Phase 2: Internal refurbishment of operating theatres. (Note: Live site — but no patient contact or ward access required.) Key Requirements: * Proven experience managing internal fit-out and refurbishment projects — ideally in live, sensitive environments. * Background with Tier 1 contractors strongly preferred. * Confident in day-to-day trade coordination, site presence, and enforcing H&S standards. * Must hold valid SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness certification. * Excellent communication skills and proactive leadership on site.
