️ Site Supervisor – Windfarm Project | Newark Location: Newark Start Date: 23rd July Rate: Negotiable (CIS / Umbrella / PAYE options available) Duration: Ongoing contract Anglian Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a major Windfarm project based near Newark. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking contractor on a high-profile renewable energy site. Key Responsibilities: * Overseeing daily operations on site and ensuring work is completed safely and on time * Coordinating subcontractors and site labour * Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensuring full compliance with HSE standards * Liaising with clients, engineers, and project managers * Maintaining accurate records of work, site diaries, and reporting any issues proactively ✅ Essential Requirements: * Previous experience on Windfarm projects – this is non-negotiable * SMSTS or SSSTS certification * Valid CSCS card * First Aid qualification preferred * Strong leadership and communication skills * Proven background in supervising civils or infrastructure works on renewable energy sites Why Apply? * Work on an exciting renewable energy project * Long-term opportunity with competitive pay * Join a reliable and supportive agency with a growing pipeline of infrastructure work To apply or find out more, contact Emma at Anglian Recruitment
