Support Worker

We currently have two 27-hour positions available at our Dyce service and two 27-hour position at our Garthdee service. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide sponsorship to work in the UK. Our respite services offer short breaks for children and adults with learning disabilities in a safe, supportive environment, while also giving families a well-earned break. Based in the North East of Scotland, Archway has been providing high-quality support to children and adults with learning disabilities and their families for over 30 years. We are currently looking for compassionate and committed Support Workers to join our team across our respite services. You’ll provide person-centred care and support in all aspects of daily life – including personal care, administering medication and engaging in activities whilst promoting dignity, choice, and independence. We’re looking for people with a caring nature, good communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. You must have a care-related SVQ 2 or equivalent, and other qualifications as determined by the SSSC, with demonstrable experience. Please note: The salary displayed above is a Full-Time Equivalent based on a 39-hour week.
