Job Description
Finance Manager QBE/PQ/NQ Midlothian Hybrid Working WA are excited to be partnering with a brand new client on their search for a Finance Manager. The role of Finance Manager will support three Finance Assistants daily while supporting and reporting directly into the Finance Director. You will be working as part of a steady and experienced finance team. Key responsibilities include: Leading and coaching a team of 3 Finance Assistants Preparation of monthly management accounts Reviewing and analysing ledgers VAT Returns Overseeing timely collection of debt Ensuring suppliers are paid on time Management reporting Reconciling and analysing of ledgers Preparing annual audit schedules Assisting with the preparation of budgets Daily bank reconciliations The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years experience in an industry finance team, you will come with previous team management experience. You will have excellent numeracy and excel skills and strong attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure.
