Clearance: NPPV2 required ?? Start Date: ASAP We're seeking a proactive and hands-on IT professional to support the rollout of Windows 11 across our organisation. You'll be part of a fast-paced deployment operation, with a daily target of up to 850 devices . This is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact while working in a secure, structured environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide onsite support during the Windows 11 deployment Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during rollout Ensure smooth migration with minimal disruption to users Log, escalate, and resolve incidents in a timely manner Collaborate closely with the deployment team and end users Skills & Experience: NPPV2 security clearance (essential) Prior experience supporting large-scale OS rollouts Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments Confident in diagnosing and resolving technical issues Excellent communication and user support skills ECS Resource Group are an Equal Opportunity Employer, for more information please click the following link:
