About the Role: In this role, you will work closely with senior banking executives to develop and implement strategic initiatives that transform their commercial and corporate banking operations. You’ll bring deep industry knowledge and strategic insight to help clients unlock value, improve efficiency, and embrace emerging technologies such as Cloud, AI, and APIs. Your focus will be on crafting actionable strategies, advising on operating model redesign, and guiding clients through regulatory and market changes. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong communication skills, the ability to influence at senior levels, and a passion for driving meaningful change. Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic assessments and design of future-state operating models for banking clients. Provide insights on technology trends and their implications for business strategy and transformation. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to build consensus and alignment. Support clients in navigating regulatory changes and market disruptions. Develop clear, data-driven recommendations and presentations for executive audiences. Contribute to the growth and development of the banking strategy practice. Who You Are: Experienced consultant with a solid understanding of banking operations, strategy, and technology. Skilled in business transformation, operating model design, and digital strategy. Able to communicate complex ideas simply and persuasively to senior stakeholders. Analytical and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities.
