Roles/Responsibilities Lead end-to-end BMS project delivery: design review, installation oversight, system integration, testing, and commissioning. Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, and controls subcontractors to ensure seamless system operation. Act as technical liaison, managing client communications, presenting progress updates, and gathering requirements. Support programming and configuration of BMS software platforms. Prepare accurate technical documentation: site reports, test schedules, commissioning certificates, and O&M manuals. Troubleshoot system issues—both onsite and remotely—to resolve faults swiftly and effectively. Qualifications Proven experience as a BMS Project Engineer or Controls Engineer. Strong technical knowledge of BMS platforms (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Trend, Schneider). Proficiency in commissioning procedures, programming, and HVAC system controls. Excellent project management and communication skills. Formal engineering education or equivalent technical qualifications preferred.
