This role supports a high-profile, secure environment, and forms part of Networkology’s continued expansion into 2025. As they grow their capability across Networking, Security, Unified Collaboration, and Data Centre (DC) technologies, they’re looking for a technically strong, DV-cleared Cisco specialist ready to make an impact. If you’re Cisco-certified, security-cleared, and thrive in complex environments, this could be your next step. What You'll Be Doing ✅ Leading technical service delivery and building relationships with customer operations teams ✅ Owning and resolving complex technical issues using Cisco solutions ✅ Diagnosing and managing technical incidents across Security, Collaboration, and DC stacks ✅ Creating and using test environments for troubleshooting and compatibility checks ✅ Writing clear technical documentation and sharing knowledge with the wider team ✅ Providing regular updates to stakeholders and maintaining solid incident records What You Bring DV Clearance – Essential Cisco CCNA or CCNP – Strongly preferred Experience in at least one of the following areas: • Networking • Security • Unified Collaboration • Data Centre (DC) Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills A methodical and proactive approach to solving complex technical problems Confidence in maintaining detailed and accurate documentation Why Join Networkology?
