Maintenance Engineer 4on 4off - Days & Nights Lincolnshire £50,000 - £55,000 Are you ready for a maintenance engineering role where you're genuinely valued, supported by a skilled team, and given the space to grow? With a strong legacy in production and a modern, forward-thinking approach to manufacturing, this business offers a dynamic and rewarding environment for experienced engineers. What You'll Be Doing Keeping a large-scale, modern facility running smoothly through planned maintenance and swift reactive repairs. Supporting continuous improvement projects-including equipment upgrades and efficiency optimisations. Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults and implementing lasting solutions. Collaborating across departments to uphold safety, hygiene, and operational standards. Playing a key role in maintaining the high technical and quality standards the site is known for. What We're Looking For 3 years of practical experience in a manufacturing or production setting. Qualifications such as: City & Guilds in Engineering (or equivalent) HNC or NVQ Level 3 (Mechanical or Electrical) 18th Edition (ideal if you're electrically biased) A solid grasp of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and steam systems. A proactive, hands-on problem solver with strong teamwork and communication skills.
