Job Description
Working on behalf of our client based on a site in Wrexham. We are currently seeking a highly competent and motivated Construction HSE Advisor. This is a critical role supporting the ongoing construction and project safety operations on a live CDM site. The successful candidate will take ownership of permit-to-work systems, conduct regular site inspections, and provide vital support in contractor management and risk assessment processes. Key Duties: Manage the full Permit to Work process – writing, issuing, authorising, auditing, and filing Carry out regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures Manage and review weekly contractor HSE returns Review and provide feedback on Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) Maintain meticulous records and documentation Liaise with all levels of site personnel, contractors, and project stakeholders What we are looking for in the successful candidate: NEBOSH National General Certificate First Aid at Work qualification Asbestos Awareness certified Minimum 4 years' experience on an active CDM site Physically fit and able to carry out regular site walkabouts Proficient IT skills – Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) - (Advantageous) Temporary Works experience - (Advantageous) What our client can offer in return: 6 month project 5 days per week and 1 weekend per month £Neg Day Rate
