Commercial Claims Handler Colchester – Hybrid c£28,000 We are excited to invite applications for a Claims Handler position within a friendly and professional Commercial insurance team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional claims service to clients. If you have a background in commercial claims handling and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you! As a Claims handler you will manage commercial claims from start to finish, ensuring efficient evaluation and processing. - Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless claims resolution. - Analyse claims data to identify trends and develop strategies for risk reduction. - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, brokers, and insurers. - Negotiate with insurers to achieve optimal settlement terms. Applicants will need experience dealing with commercial insurance policies and claims procedures, excellent client relationship and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Customer-focused with the ability to navigate complex situations. This role offers hybrid working and other locations could be considered if you would prefer to be based out of Bury St Edmunds, Norwich, or Cambridge. This role can be full time or part time.
