Frazer Jones is proud to partner with a leading Private Equity firm in the search for a HR Associate to join their dynamic Global HR Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-performing environment where your expertise will directly impact the employee experience across the UK, Europe, and APAC regions. Role Duties: Own the employee lifecycle – from onboarding and internal moves to offboarding. Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks like SM&CR. Maintain and update HR policies, documentation, and operational trackers. Support global HR initiatives and collaborate with colleagues across 500 employees worldwide. Stay ahead of the curve on local labour laws and their impact on HR practices. Ideal Experience: Proven experience in HR operations , ideally within Private Equity , Financial Services , or Professional Services . Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. A process-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude . Experience with Workday and Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
