About the Job We are pleased to present this opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Partner to head up the commercial disputes team in a top tier law firm. The Role An exceptional opportunity has arisen to lead a thriving Dispute Resolution team within a modern, corporate law firm. The department handles a wide variety of disputes, including commercial litigation, corporate litigation, shareholder and contract disputes, debt recovery, defamation, and arbitration. As Head of Department, you will set the strategic direction of the team, oversee high-value and complex matters, and mentor an already established group of junior solicitors. This is a career-defining chance to scale a growing team and shape a practice.
