Accountant job in Norwich An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Manager to join a fast-growing, top-tier accountancy firm in Norwich. If you're an experienced finance professional looking to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio while driving business development and client satisfaction, this role is for you. Key responsibilities: Managing a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction Identifying business development opportunities and expanding service offerings Overseeing financial performance, including WIP and debtor management Leading and mentoring your own team within the office Networking to win new business and enhance growth What our client is looking for ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent experience), with solid practice background Strong knowledge of accounting and tax A proactive, solutions-driven approach and excellent communication skills Ability to develop client relationships and grow accounts Highly organised and proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Iris software is a plus.
