Site Manager

Position: Freelance Site Manager Rate: £280 - £300/day Location: Hatfield Peverel, Essex Industry: Construction Start date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing, 3 months PSR Solutions are currently assisting a medium-sized contractor who are seeking a Site Manager to be based on a fit-out project in Hatfield Peverel, Essex. Our client specialise in new build & refurb projects within the commercial and industrial sectors. Site Manager responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to identify and address any potential issues or risks. Assist in resolving any conflicts or disputes that may arise. Updating client on the project and working to programme. Site Manager Knowledge and skills: Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proven experience in construction management. Valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS card. Strong knowledge and experience within internals and fit out/refurb projects
