Groundworker / Dumper Drivers

Teamforce Labour are actively seeking Groundworker/Dumper Operators (BLUE CPCS/NPORS) for an immediate start in St.Fergus, Aberdeenshire. Key Requirements: Valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper Ticket (Forward Tipping) Experience working in civil works, hand digging, backfilling, concreting etc Ability to safely operate a Dumper in a busy, high-risk environment Full PPE and own transport (preferred) Excellent awareness of site health & safety procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Duties Will Include: Operating the dumper as and when required All aspects of groundwork – including drainage, hand digging, backfilling, concreting etc Supporting on-site logistics Working under site supervision to deliver project requirements Maintaining machinery and reporting any issues What We Offer: Immediate start on a long-term project Competitive, negotiable rates depending on experience Opportunity to work with a reputable contractor on a major infrastructure project About Us: Teamforce Labour is a trusted provider of skilled personnel to the Rail, Civil, and Construction industries across the UK.
