Quantity Surveyor

Join a Leading Civil Engineering Firm as a Permanent Quantity Surveyor Our client is a prominent player in the civil engineering sector, known for their commitment to quality and excellence in every project they undertake. Job Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain project cost estimates and budgets. Carry out cost analysis and value engineering activities. Assist with the preparation of tender documentation and bid submissions. Manage and monitor project financial performance, including forecasting and reporting. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure financial accuracy. Negotiate contracts and agreements with subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards throughout project execution. Required Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in quantity surveying within the civil engineering industry. Strong understanding of construction contracts and industry standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
