Building Surveyor An established, multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy is seeking a competent, intermediate Building Surveyor for their London office. The Building Surveyor’s role The successful Building Surveyor will report to a Partner but be comfortable working independently (at times) across a diverse portfolio of residential properties. Sites are mainly within the greater London area with a few spreading further into the home counties. Day to day, the successful Building Surveyor will have a strong focus on defect diagnosis, report writing, and contract administration. In a department of 5 Surveyors and a Clerk of Works, this role will suit someone who likes to be part of a team.
