Fit Out Site Manager (Retail & Shopfit)

Location: Various UK sites Rate: £250 per day Start Date: Immediate Type: Freelance/Contract We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a series of fast-track retail fit out projects across the UK. If you're highly organised, thrive under pressure, and have a keen eye for detail-especially with joinery and interior finishes-we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure timely and quality project delivery Coordinate trades, materials, and sub-contractors Oversee health and safety compliance on site Liaise with clients, project managers, and head office Maintain accurate site records and reporting ✅ Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail or fast-track fit out projects Strong joinery background highly desirable Able to read and interpret drawings and schedules SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates (required) Strong leadership and communication skills Willing to work flexible hours and travel to different sites as required What We Offer: Competitive £250/day rate Ongoing work with a busy pipeline of retail projects Opportunity to work with a reputable and supportive team Eden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
