What we need from you: Outbound (SALES calling) experience B2B, or B2C minimum 3 years Knowledge of the IT, Software, Telecoms and Financial services industry is an advantage Clear communication skills and strong telephone manner The ability to write detailed follow up notes for business reporting Be computer literate familiar with Office 365 and have experience with database navigation Good attention to detail Mature attitude, with capability to discuss business issues Confident, self-starter ability to think on your feet Friendly personality and a great team player! What the role involves: This role will involve making B2B outbound calls on behalf of different clients. The type of call will vary from campaign to campaign but will include, although not limited to: Generation of leads, making appointments for Senior Executives with decision makers and undertaking detailed research Making telephone calls to prospects Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved Achieve budgeted campaign DMC rate and specified targets Understand and manage personal performance daily Attend all campaign briefings Act as a representative of the client and representing their interests always Following company script guidelines approximately and follow detailed briefs to conduct campaign calls Self-employed hourly rate: £12.21 - £16.00 per hour. Willing to consider full time or part time hours flexible on start/finish times. Also happy for hours to be worked over less days, if a 4-day week is needed. Laptop, phone system and headset will be provided. 3-month trial period. Working full time hours: 9-5pm Monday to Friday Working part time hours: 16 hours minimum per week Monday to Friday - Flexible but must be able to work a block of 4 hours minimum each day.
