Job Description

Are you a dynamic Product Manager with experience across e-commerce, gaming, or prize draw sites? Would you like to work onsite for a majorUK broadcaster, developing their online competitions portal, driving retention and ARPU through a slick UX. You will act as the key liaison between their team and our development and delivery team in Poland. About the Product This is the online competition platform of a major media & entertainment company, hosting some of the UKs biggest prize draws and exclusive competitions, promoted on-air and syndicated across the UKs biggest radio brands. Our goal is to create a seamless, engaging, and best-in-class experience for our customers to enter (and win) while maximising retention and spend. The Role Were looking for a London-based Digital Product Manager to take full responsibility for the evolution of the product. Youll work as part of the team to develop new features and build the product roadmap to create an exceptional customer experience and drive revenue growth. Youll have a dedicated technical development team to scope, build, and deliver your product. Youll have a strong focus on customer engagement and data-driven decision-making as well developing a great knowledge of this market. Youll optimise the product for both short and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap(45%) Generate new ideas for product features Define and own the product roadmap Prioritise development initiatives based on customer insights, data, and business goals. Have a good understanding of the market and competitors. Establish success metrics and communicate priorities across teams. Execution & Delivery(25%) Collaborate with development team to scope, build, and launch new features. Own the product backlog, ensuring smooth prioritisation and alignment with business objectives. Test and refine releases to maintain the highest standards of quality and usability. User Experience & Data-Driven Decision Making(30%) Develop insights and new ideas Champion the customer experience, leveraging UX best practices to improve engagement and retention. Use data and analytics to identify opportunities for optimisation. Balance commercial objectives with user needs to drive sustainable growth. Gained a detailed understanding of the workings of ourbusiness and how competitions, prize draws and consumer engagement feeds into it. Established strong working relationships with stakeholders across the teams. A great understanding of the market and competitor innovation. Aligned on and taken ownership of the key priorities facing the product. Established a roadmap for the upcoming quarters. Released features which drive increased retention and ARPU What Youll Need Experience in a Product Manager role within e-commerce, gaming, or prize draw sites. Strong UX instincts with the ability to create intuitive, engaging customer journeys. Data-driven mindsetcomfortable using analytics to inform product decisions. Ability to talk a bit techie and translate complex development concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Ability to innovate and think independently. Comfortable working at pace and managing competing and changing priorities. Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in an agile environment. Experience working with Agile/SCRUM methodologies. An understanding of competitions/prize draws and consumer engagement strategies is a big bonus.
